Time for english!!

Muahaha...yesterday my sis was submitting yr english short essay online ( ya, the teacher rather stare at the comp for hrs).... then my sis showed me her teacher's 杰作... haha...i think is quite interestin... Here it goes:

EU ANNOUNCEMENT : ENGLISH OF TOMORROW


The European Commission has just announced an agreement whereby English
will be the official language of the European Union rather than German,
which was the other possibility.

As part of the negotiations, the British Government conceded that English
spelling had some room for improvement and has accepted a 5-year phase-in
plan that would become known as "Euro-English".

In the first year, "s" will replace the soft "c".
Sertainly, this will make the sivil servants jump for joy.

The hard "c" will be dropped in favour of "k".
This should klear up konfusion, and keyboards kan have one less letter.

There will be growing publik enthusiasm in the sekond year when the
troublesome "ph" will be replaced with "f".
This will make words like fotograf 20% shorter.

In the 3rd year, publik akseptanse kan be expekted to
reach the stage where more komplikated changes are possible.

Governments will enkourage the removal of double letters which have always
ben a deterent to akurate speling.

Also, al wil agre that the horibl mes of the silent "e" in the languag is
disgrasful and it should go away.

By the 4th yer people wil be reseptiv to steps such as replasing "th" with
"z" and "w" with "v".

During ze fifz yer, ze unesesary "o" kan be dropd from vords kontaining
"ou" and after ziz fifz yer, ve vil hav a reil sensibl riten styl.

Zer vil be no mor trubl or difikultis and evrivun vil find it ezi tu
understand ech oza. Ze drem of a united urop vil finali kum tru.

Und efter ze fifz yer, ve vil al be speking German like zey vunted in ze
forst plas.

Talking bout changin our family cat.... my family cat meowed at a stray cat today when i am bout to enter the lift... and you noe wad? the stray cat supposely got the wrong signal? frightened? entered the lift with me...okie....its amusin...but as i reached the 4th floor...i tot the cat is going to jus stay put (for yr infor...it is siting in the middle...right in front of the door) so i tried to past thru from the side....sian diao...the cat see me move...it move also...block my way loh!!! i nearly step on it...sian...tat cat has guts man!! too bad it lost its only chance of adoption ( planning to change the family cat) haha.....

Parents Day!!

Happy Parents Day!!... to all parents out there :)...
today my church celebrated parents day...
well...i suppose it is father's day but we combine both lahz...
Haha...my parents got new towels with mom & dad sew at the end of the towels...(pink + blue)
However, it is too big...haha...only my dad can use...jus nice since his towels is like hopeless liao...
Also, a clipped was shown to us :), it was taken from the web...veri touchin de...i cried loh...
Yup, how much our parents is willing to sacrifice for us...

Detective conan :)

Muahaha....slacking this days at home... well recently addicted to conan movies...hehex... these all good detective stories tat keep my mind working :) wow... i didnt noe there are still producing conan stories till now :) yeah!! haha...and every year they will produce a 2 hr movie.... the 11th movie was released on april this year.... hai...but yet to see it....no subtitles yet....have to wait sia....sian.....if only i noe 日本語 well enough....

Flyers, Packing, Cutting,Shoppin...

Firstly, i tried to reach sch early today to collect the flyers...Argh....this flyer thingy has cause me great trauma + headache....

hai...firstly, over budget....lucky can increase bugdet....

Secondly, the design must change to psd format + in layers (i dunnoe how to use photoshop) + designer's laptop crash....so have to license with the printing company to remove 2 colours from the flyers....haha...downgrade from 4 colours to 2...cheaper mah....

Thirdly, the printing company called n say can only deliver on sat....(i ask them to deliver on mon)...sian 2 days earlier...cannot be i carry the 6500pcs right?.... then, i ask so many ppl to help me receive it....nobody free....sian....lucky in the end i call back...dunnoe why this time mon can...qi shi wo le....must be god's grace man....if not i really have to bring the 6500pcs to sch....

fourthly, I kept prayin tat the flyers will be able to reach sch on mon...haha... ironically.... i asked to be delivered at 11.45am....guess wad...it came at 11 am.... i tell you i sian diao....i am still on the train loh....nobody in sch...(actually got 1 person but he cannot find the delivery man)
I took the bus, ran up hill, panting like siao...carry the 6500pcs...i think really too long didnt exercise liao...i nearly die....gaspin for breathe...for someone who walks like an old women... it is an acheivement....haha....

Fifthly, packin time!!! reach too early...wait for a while before it all started.... the experience is a bit better than workin at motorola...haha....like zombie....slot, slot, slot....haha....n i cut my finger :( *sob*....bleed....sian...lucky is small cut only....skipped lunch too....stomach cramp... only have my vitasoy....haha...i realise soya milk can make you quite full :)

lastly, finally finish....but got 2000pcs excess....WAH....So MANY.....ARH....nobody updated me about how much we need to slot in....WHY?
This process is long n draining....more to come...God Bless Me!

Well went to AMk hub to do some shoppin with Ah Siao Ling....bought a fish bone flats...haha
and we get pang seh by a guy....interviewer? aiya...job for some book packin stuff... then go home with veri hungry stomach :(

Apples, Anger, Sunny Day

No...I'm not angry at the apples...haha...today's sermon is on anger management...
Oh Yes!....i realised it is veri impt... to control anger, especially from our love ones like family n friends....control anger is not = to bottlin our feelings :) but learn to speak in a calm manner in which we can express our needs :) Difficult....but for the sake of buliding good relationships it is impt sia....I like one situtation in which my pastor quoted:

The usual scenario:

Husband: why are you sssooo stupid? (in an angry tone)
Wife: if you are so smart you wouldnt marry me!!

Under controlled anger:

Husband: why are you sssooo stupid? (in an angry tone)

Express yr feelings
Wife: When you said tat i'm stupid, i felt hurt & sad

Give yr reason
Wife: When you said tat i'm stupid, not only i felt hurt & sad, i felt tat you didnt value me....

Expressing yr need
Wife: When you said tat i'm stupid, not only i felt hurt & sad, i felt tat you didnt value me.... , can you pls not call me stupid in the future?

Isst it great if we can be truthful... sometimes the truth doesnt hurt as much as those quarrels...
Of course btw ppl, there will always be conflict..but it is how you resolve it :)
Haha...This sermon really strike me...to work harder....to control temper...haha...


Oh n the Apples!!!...dun you think it look BIG? Aiya... i think the pic doesnt really show how big leh...but bigger than the normal size apples loh....is 1.5 times bigger leh...and look so hard... how to eat?? haha...i found these at cold storage while shoppin with my mom....lucky she didnt buy...haha...if not i die liao... surely is i end up eatin de loh....cos my grandma got no teeth( fake de...n she super like to eat apple loh....my house confirm got apple de...haha)

<--- yeah! my first portable hard disk!! Have to back up my laptop n desktop...overwhelming photos and files... haha... got this from Sim Lim on sat....special thanks to WQ too :)... HL & SL bought their PSP too! & KY hai, haha...after much psychoing from wq bought is DS Lite too....hehe...so looks like we all had wad we wanted...fruitful day :) Maybe the most "Arghhhh" Day for wq ba... but amazily i spent my whole day there.... well at least not as squeeze as the IT fair...haha...spending too much money...stopping soon...haha...now i hope my tutition starts soon...money where are you?????
